When Homeless Outreach Project was conceived in 2001, I was able to deliver 25 lunch bags filled with small toiletries and homemade cookies.  Today, with the help of my family and friends, we have hand delivered more than 3,000 LARGE reusable shopping bags filled to the brim with toiletries, food, clothing, books, and other necessities.
